Gail brings over 35 years of REALTOR experience and knowledge to the Greater Toronto Area working with both sellers and buyers. Gail has great marketing and negotiation skills that once combined with her computer knowledge and organizational expertise offers her clients personable and exceptional service at all times. She is attentive to each clients individual needs and provides them with full service at all times from the beginning of their purchase or sale, during and after - all of their real estate needs have been met. She has built long lasting client relationships over the years and helps her clients to make informed decisions while making the entire process as stress free and enjoyable as is possible. She also worked with her husband/partner in the real estate business for 35 years of which he has just retired but will continue to help her in a "personal assistant" role when required.
With over 55 years of marriage plus an amazing family with four grandsons, her family and friends mean everything. She loves to cook and entertain family, friends and clients as well as having a real passion for travelling the world. Along that journey she keeps up to date on daily activities of her family and friends as well as her clients and keeps abreast of the real estate market in the Greater Toronto Area at all times. She is someone who loves being busy and keeping up to date with new on line courses that help her with conducting her business so she is always up to date on market conditions etc. While away in winter months she co-ordinates and runs charity events from beginning stages to the final event to raise money in third world countries to give to the Childrens Orphanage and to feed the hungry which she finds is very rewarding for them but also rewarding for her and her partner.
